MEET YOUVONIA MOORE
About Youvonia
Youvonia Moore, Chief Managing Officer of Thomas Moore Properties, started her real estate journey more than 20 years ago. Ms. Moore understands from experience that providing people with a home they can afford offers safety and stability, which many take for granted. Driven by her passion to combat homelessness in and around her local community, she has partnered with county and city agencies, rehabilitating homes and providing affordable housing to low-income families.
Community Involvement and Speaking Engagements
Ms. Moore is the first female co-chair of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Pathways Nashville and co-chair of the ULI Pathways to Inclusion Committee. She is a graduate of the Urban League of Middle Tennessee's R.E.D. (Real Estate Developers) Academy, which is supported by the Amazon Housing Equity Fund.
As a guest speaker and panelist, Youvonia shares her knowledge of and passion for real estate development with other experts and those new to the field. Prior speaking engagements include:
