TRI-WATER
The Tri-Water Development will boast efficient mixed uses on the property, including residential, retail, and supportive services. Located at 460 S. Water Ave, the 1.4 acre site is at the entryway to downtown Gallatin from Highway 109. Pedestrian-friendly Tri-Water is conveniently located minutes from schools, restaurants, entertainment, parks, and city services.
This mixed-use project will consist of two phases and increase workforce housing options. Phase I will include eight for-sale townhomes. Phase II will comprise 33 workforce housing units along with 4,500 sq ft of commercial space to support workforce development programs and entrepreneurship micro-office space.
